My Choice Window opens today but I don't see where to Choose!

On the opening day of your Choice Window, you will know Choice has opened once a banner appears on the homepage that indicates you may now choose. Click the banner to get to the Choice page.

If your Choice Window is scheduled to open today but you don't see the Choice banner, please note that the banner only becomes visible once the option to Choose opens. You won't see the banner if you're a bit early to the website on the opening day of your Choice Window. If you're not sure if the option to Choose is open yet, look out for a Story on @boxycharm Instagram & Facebook Stories that notifies Choice is open. Opening times may sometimes also be posted to the calendar of Charmer events.

If you've confirmed that your Choice Window is open and/or cannot see the Choice items on the page, try disabling ad blockers and refreshing the page. Otherwise, please clear your cache + cookies, and/or try on a different up-to-date browser/device.
