Where do I submit the Choice item I want for my box?

Choice takes place directly on your account, and the ability to choose only becomes available during the Choice dates for your subscription(s). On the opening day of Choice, a Choice banner will appear on the homepage once the event becomes available.

When your Choice Window is open, follow these steps to submit your Choice:

1. While logged in to your account, click the Choice banner on the homepage to access the Choice page.
2. Click “CHOOSE THIS” under the item you want to receive. If shade options are available, click your preferred shade first. Note: if an item or shade is sold out, the “CHOOSE THIS” button will be gray and unclickable.
3. If applicable, scroll down and choose for any additional Choice-eligible subscriptions. You won’t be able to submit until you’ve chosen for all eligible subscriptions on the page.
4. Once you select your Choice item(s), the other buttons will change to “ADD TO CART” to give you the option to buy Choice items that are available in the store. Add desired Choice items to your cart but don’t check out just yet!
5. When you’re finished adding to cart, make sure to submit your Choice by clicking “CONFIRM AND GET MORE”. Your Choice will not be saved otherwise!
6. Submitting your Choice will redirect you to the featured store. Be sure to double-check your cart before checking out!

⭐️✨Within your Choice Window and having issues submitting your Choice? Try disabling ad blockers and refreshing the page. Otherwise, we recommend clearing your cache + cookies, and/or trying on a different browser.

Note📝: To receive your Choice, you must remain an Active Charmer through the 1st of the new month. This means you're not able to cancel your subscription and then re-subscribe before the new month, or experience an unsuccessful payment when it's time to renew your subscription. If this happens, we won't be able to secure your Choice, but rest assured that we'll still personalize your Boxy based on your Beauty Quiz preferences if this happens. We recommend double-checking that your payment information is up-to-date before the 1st of the month to prevent any hiccups. 🖤
